Tenant context
Lists tenants registered in D1. Choosing a tenant sets Postgres / Hyperdrive to the environment stored when that tenant was registered (see Browse & register below). All tenants uses accp for catalog and workspace browsing.
Browse companies & register
Used only to query adminconsole$evosuscompany for the company list and when registering a new tenant. Each registration saves this environment on the tenant row.

Workspaces are stored in D1 catalog_explore_tables. With a Tenant selected, generated join SQL is filtered to that Evosus company for every workspace (same as Customer and SKU).
Register a main table as a new workspace.
